Last Week Of The Savior’s Life
My mom compiled scriptures, pictures and thoughts for each day of the last week of Christ’s life. It simply lays out what we know and understand that Christ did in His last week of ministry. It is beautiful. I love to read it day by day building up to Easter. It brings such a gratitude, understanding and spirit into our home.
While my 3-year-old and baby do not understand the depth of the Atonement, Crucifixion, and Resurrection they listen as we read and discuss and then hang the correlating picture (that I pull out of gospel art ) on the wall for us to think about this week.
Easter is my favorite holiday because of its depth. There is not a greater thing to celebrate than the life of Jesus Christ. I hope we can feel closer to Him each Easter season as we teach our families about the miracle of the Atonement and Resurrection. This knowledge has given me peace and comfort throughout my life and it is my biggest desire to share that with my children.
Print this out and put it in a notebook for next week to easily read with your family at dinner or before bed:

Amen! If it weren’t for Easter we would not be Christians. I would love to see print this out, but the link isn’t working for me
